Please help 650 calories??? Eating what?

I'm having a hard time staying under 800 calories and getting my protein in please give me some sample meals to see and if on my fitness pal user names thx for ur help. I'm a week away from my three month mark and find my calls range from 800 to 1000 yikes

Are you losing weight and working out hard?  If so 800-1000 may be reasonable for you. However, if you are not working out at all, then lowering your calories may be a good idea.

B: Fage 6 oz

L: tuna in water, 1 tbs reduced fat mayo with olive oil, sweet pickle reli****sp, 1/4 cup pineapple (I am in maintenance, you may decide to leave off fruit right now or not)

D: lean ground beef patty 3 oz, american cheese slice

Snacks 1 oz peanuts, humus and raw veggies 1/4 cup

If you aren't on myfitnesspal, you might want to consider joining and you will be able to see some other people's journals as to what they are eating each day.  I am "jteaford". 

I usually eat 3 oz of protein 3 times a day and sometimes a little green vegetable with it.  If I do not get about 60 grams of protein then I will also drink a protein shake.  I feel better and do better when I keep it around 80 grams though.

I'm on my fitness pal sphillygirll712. I usually have a protein shake for breakfast which gives me around 30 to 40g. Then for rest of day I have protein and some veggies. Manage to stay around 650. Sometimes under sometimes a little over. Never over 800. It is doable. Check out my diary. Good luck. 😄

Sorry I get between 60 to 90g of protein per day and limit carbs to under 50.
