Please help 650 calories??? Eating what?
646 calorie day for me the other day was
B: Fage 6 oz
L: tuna in water, 1 tbs reduced fat mayo with olive oil, sweet pickle reli****sp, 1/4 cup pineapple (I am in maintenance, you may decide to leave off fruit right now or not)
D: lean ground beef patty 3 oz, american cheese slice
Snacks 1 oz peanuts, humus and raw veggies 1/4 cup
If you aren't on myfitnesspal, you might want to consider joining and you will be able to see some other people's journals as to what they are eating each day. I am "jteaford".
I usually eat 3 oz of protein 3 times a day and sometimes a little green vegetable with it. If I do not get about 60 grams of protein then I will also drink a protein shake. I feel better and do better when I keep it around 80 grams though.
This was my day yesterday. 630 cal. 99 gr protein.
