Went to see my surgeon today. I only have to take 1 multivitamin twice a day now!! I go back in 6 months for blood work, but everything isgoing great!! No more B12, Vit D, Viactiv, etc. YEAH!!
Water: 88 oz so far

Exercise: hmmm...don't know yet.
B: BA vanilla 1 1/2 scoops, 2 T of PB2, 6 oz unsweetened almond milk; coffee, 1 splenda, 1 T low fat 1/2 and 1/2
L: 3 oz grilled chicken thigh, 1 C arugula/spinach mix and 1 T light done right peppercorn ranch dressing
S: Missed it because went right from a meeting to dr's appt!
D: Making tacos for the fam....I'll have some ground turkey with taco seasoning over salad.
S: Probably should fit some more protein in somewhere!

L: 2 oz. roast beef, 2 tbls. peas and carrots, put into ramekin topped with small biscuit,,,,,beef pot pie, green salad
