Stalls
Stalls can make us feel defeated but we have to remember that we are a work in progress and that these are just numbers on the scale.
Having said that...I just had a 4 week stall...and it did a number on my mood. When I have a slowdown or stall, I take that time to re eval what I'm eating. When my weight loss stops, I can usually find the culprit. First time, I realized my coffee intake had gone up and replaced my water...and I had been also using a higher fat cheese. I went back to increase water and cut out that cheese and weight loss kicked in. Next stall...I added excercise, weight loss kicked in. This past time was tough because I found nothing in my intake that had strayed...and I have been working out daily. I came to OH and got advice abt switching up my workouts and adding healthy fats into my diet ( like almonds and smoked salmon) ....and YAY me...down one lb this morning! ( Thanks Keith!!)
