Sleeved 6/12/13 - 100 pounds lost to get to goal!

30 minutes of cardio on the Cybex, 3 sets of dips, assisted pull-ups and chest press for upper body. Adding in 3 sets each on the hip adducter/hip abducter for my jiggly thighs. I'm also throwing in some squats somewhere in there for deflato arse. Not sure if the sauna counts, but I'll be in there for about 20 minutes when all is said and done.
Recovery day after 50 mile ride yesterday. Short week, due to 132 mile race coming up on Saturday, so this week will be just some spinning and a few sprints to remind the legs who is boss!
Then 630am Saturday morning we take off for 200k (plus a few). I guess about 10 hours in the saddle and 20 hill climbs.
This event will celebrate my 1 year surgiversary (June 25, 2012)
