Some info please?

I'm 5'3" on a good hair day and have my sights on 150#.
My GP thinks 180# would be a healthy, sustainable weight for me, but I'm just staying on plan and seeing where it takes me.
Reality is that each of us will settle at whatever weight we can sustain while eating at a calorie level we can enjoy and exercising an amount we can enjoy. If maintaining a particular weight requires that we be miserably hungry and/or exercise at a level we don't enjoy we will regain until we find our own balance.
Moral of the story? Learn to like new foods and new ways of cooking, change your ways of celebrating/dealing with stress, boredom, loneliness, anger etc and find some ways of being active that you enjoy. Nobody can maintain a life that feels like punishment.
