What's Your Workout Today VSGers - Tuesday!

Yesterday I couldn't do all the training that I wanted to because after my 30 minutes of cardio I could hardly stand with my darn shin splints. I ended up doing 30 minutes of intense cardio followed by 25 each of squats and lunges, 1 set each of dips and assisted pull ups, and 2 sets at the chest press before I just couldn't do anymore. Tonight I'll wear my compression sleeve (which I forgot yesterday) and do my cardio after my strength training. Hopefully that'll help. I'd like to be able to do 3 sets each tonight of dips, pull ups, the chest press, and hip adducter/abducter followed by another 30 of cardio.
EDIT: Oh dear, I forgot to add in squats and lunges. Those too of course :)
Got Support Group tonight to no gym.
If I can sneak out from work , I'd like to for to the gym and do 30 min cardio during lunch.
If not, the dog will benefit from an extra long walk after the meeting!

I am so upset. I woke up dizzy and sick to my stomach yesterday. Unable to keep anything down. I was still determined to get my workout in because this is a promise I made to myself in a no matter what way. Once I had 30 min of the room not spinning...I psyched myself up and got on my machine.18 min and 34 seconds in I almost passed out. Needless to say...the last 24 hours have been slow going. I did do some stretches and squats today...and plan to kick it back in gear tomorrow when I'm back at 100%.
Bummer!!!
