L - Picadillo, Black Beans, 3 tortilla chips, bit of salsa

S - Turkey Jerky or a Quest Bar

D - Dinner with friends at a good Italian place, probably have Veal Picata

S - Greek Yogurt with Fiber One Cereal

HF (Healthy Fats) - none today

W - On Track

V - Taking them Now

E - May need to make this a rest day, hurt my back doing squats yesterday

D: protein shake with blueberries

S:  decaf coffee with sf Italian sweet cream

Vitamins:  yes

Exercise:  40 minutes cardio/ 45 personal trainer with machines

Water:  will finish the day with 14 cups

S;  chicken broth with protein powder

L: salmon

D:  Yogurt with blueberries and mashed cauliflower

S: more broth with protein powder if needed to make the numbers

Vitamins - yes

Exercise - 20 minutes on recumbent ike

Water - 3 out of 6

L: left over shrimp scampi and 1/8 cup angel hair ( I am in maintenance) and 1/4 cup sugar snap peas

S: natural applesauce if I need one

D: grilled chicken sausage and veg

Water 7/12 in  Vits in    Day of rest for me today.  been exercising like a fiend.

I am running around like a chicken without a head this morning!!!!  I'm barely eating real food now!!!

B: 1 hard cooked egg, 1 tbs ff cream cheese, 1 jalapeno mozzerella stick'

S: 4 oz turkey

L: same as breakfast

S: 1/2 c plain greek yogurt with a few slices cucumber and a few drops red wine vinegar

D: 3 oz tuna in olive oil drained tossed with romaine and red cabbage

S: 1/2 c. blackberries

6 bottles of water on track and vitamins on track. Not walking have a compressed femoral nerve ow.

L: roasted chicken breast with some salad and four saltines (UGH)

S: organic popcorn

D: greek food tonight!  I get the chicken kebab with greek salad and my husband finishes whatever I don't finish because we are FAMISHED after kickboxing lol

S: Edy's pineapple pop

Fluid: eh

Vits: meh
