Exercise: This week's exercise is all messed up. Mom in the hospital (heart problems), took daughter to the ER last night (ruptured ovaian cyst thought it was an appendicitis), going out of town for work and also working vacation bible school when in town. While I won't be sitting much, I won't be going to the gym either. Will get back on track next week.

Surgeon appt this morning. Double lumbar fusion July 31st. As expected, still found an excuse to down my sorrows in food. Oh well, the next minute, the next hour, the next day... it's all a chance to make the right choice.
