Zumba baby!!! I've been alternating it with Kickboxing...talk about an awesome workout... LOL Yikes...be careful with that back. I was hurting from core strength training and zumba monday, group kick on tuesday and zumba on wednesday I took a rest day thursday but I am ready to get back after it. I hope you back heals soon. =)

Kettlebells. We did short intervals, and I am so happy they were short. I managed to pull a muscle in my lower back. It's mild thankfully. I'm reasonably certain I did it doing some ab exercise with my feet in ropes. Great workout! I have a massage at 5:30pm, and I definitely feel like I've earned it ;)
