My back is still healing from the squat strain the other day, so I will be taking it easy today. I thought I was good to go yesterday and aggravated it. I think I will give it until Monday with nothing more than walking.

Zumba baby!!! I've been alternating it with Kickboxing...talk about an awesome workout... LOL Yikes...be careful with that back. I was hurting from core strength training and zumba monday, group kick on tuesday and zumba on wednesday I took a rest day thursday but I am ready to get back after it. I hope you back heals soon. =)

Today is my kick butt -literally day.

I am doing a full body workout, think about an hour of intense free weights, lunges, squats and TRX followed by 20 min of intervals. 

 

Edit to add:  exercise complete and my whole body hurts so good.  :)

Bike riding with hubby-45 minutes

Personal Trainer-45 minutes   She has worked me hard 3x this week.

Kettlebells.  We did short intervals, and I am so happy they were short.  I managed to pull a muscle in my lower back.  It's mild thankfully.  I'm reasonably certain I did it doing some ab exercise with my feet in ropes.  Great workout!  I have a massage at 5:30pm, and I definitely feel like I've earned it ;)

Did a 5k walk/run out on the trails in the sun with my friend who is also one of my trainers.
