Zumba class and then walking at the zoo with the kiddos and hubby.

I am scheduled for surgery on July 17th and wondering how soon after I will be able to attend fitness classes again such as Zumba since there is a lot of jumping and bouncing and moving in general.

I killed it yesterday so I am only doing cardio today and tomorrow.  Major workout scheduled for Monday.  I will do 20 min. of rowing, 20 min of elliptical and a 20 min. job on the treadmill.

Had an awesome work out at the gym yesterday (including squats & lunges Keith!), so probably going to ride my bike today.  It is absolutely beautiful outside today!

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

REST DAY for me baby!   I've been looking forward to this all week after hitting my first week of 8K training HARD all week.  I'm just going to complete my Squat Challenge, Push Ups and Sit Ups this afternoon and then head it for Tapas and World War Z with the husband :). Tomorrow morning hubby said he would do my 4 Miler with me early at the canal and even offered to push the jogging stroller (he's so sweet!). Then I fully intend on sitting my ass at the pool for my entire Sunday afternoon and work on my tan!

43 mile bike ride with 2200 ft of elev. gain; averaged 17.1 for the ride.  Yahoo!  Core/pushups/planks tonight.

Pool open and ready to use!! Did a 30 min run session and will do another today, along with pull ups off the diving board, squats in the shallow end and crunches on the ladder. Yeah baby!!!

Walked my beasts for an hour plus today in the fields. It was gorgeous and the dogs were so happy. So was I.
