What"s Your Workout Today VSGers? - Saturday
REST DAY for me baby! I've been looking forward to this all week after hitting my first week of 8K training HARD all week. I'm just going to complete my Squat Challenge, Push Ups and Sit Ups this afternoon and then head it for Tapas and World War Z with the husband :). Tomorrow morning hubby said he would do my 4 Miler with me early at the canal and even offered to push the jogging stroller (he's so sweet!). Then I fully intend on sitting my ass at the pool for my entire Sunday afternoon and work on my tan!
