Yes!  Start saving now!  This shizz gets expensive!  TJ Maxx and Marshall's are my new department stores...especially for bras, underwear, pajamas, and workout clothes!

Hitting it hard this week.

Lower body - Lunges, step-ups, leg press, and of course lots of squats!

Then cardio after.  Been doing 30 mins, time to increase to 40 mins.

Lost 1 lbs last week.  9 more to go to qualify for surgery!

45 minutes riding my bike and 45 minutes with my personal trainer

75 squats- 25 regular w/ weights, 25 plié with weights, 25 regular with weights

20 push ups

40 sit ups

1:00 plank

1:00 wall squat

80 seconds of burpee

3 mile run (plus 15 minutes warmup on arc trainer to start, then 1/4 fast walk warm up before my run)

4x8 squat into press-ups
4x8 hip thrusts
4x8 assisted pull-ups, wide grip
3x10 bench push-ups
3x10 medicine ball wood chops
3x8 lat pull downs

No cardio today, will do hiit tomorrow.
