What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Sunday

Lets hear it. 

four days into my sleeve, so walking...so far about 3/4 of a mile

Wow, that's great!  Four days after my surgery I could barely walk to the other side of the house, let alone 3/4 mile.

I am going to Zumba this evening at 4:30.

I'm off today:)

4 mile run (completed in 39:00 flat WHOOHOO!)

2 sets each of:

        1. 10 push-ups

        2. 15 sit ups

        3. 25 second plank

        4. 40 seconds of burpees

        5. 25 seconds deep wall squats

 

and then 70 squats for Squat Challenge (alternating regular squats with 5lb dumb bells, and Plié squats with dumb bells)

1 1/2 mile walk with my daughter and 3 dogs. Lots of resistance. One dog is a puller and its a battle.
Oh! And I mowed 2 of the 3 lawns.
Then the rain really kicked in

1 hour bar method class...

 I took my dad clothes shopping at the Outlet Mall. I pushed him around in a wheel chair for hours.  So why I am posting this?  I pushed him for hours!  No pain, not winded, nothing! Lifting the wheelchair  into and out of the car, no problem. I really did not realize all the walking at all until I thought about it driving home. I AM getting fitter!!!

I will not get off that easy today.  :)
