My plan was to do an all over body workout, but my calves are really sore for going hard on the elliptical yesterday.  I might need to modify my lower body workout and do more things on the matt rather than my usual squats and lunges.

That's why I split my workouts to different muscle groups on different days. Upper body versus lower body. Actually I do chest, shoulders and triceps on one day and legs, back, and biceps on the next day. That way when one is sore, the others are still in business.

I was in the pool this morning swimming laps and then water aerobics for an hour. Tonight either the gym with weights and cardio or back in the water. I love the water.

Tomorrow a 20 mile ride with my honey on our tandem, recumbent bicycle. That will burn up a couple of hours and give us both a great cardio workout.

Today is Friday which means for me meeting with my trainer and getting a new workout for the week. So I have no clue what this week's workout will be, but it's always an intense workout.

Yesterday was a good day. I did 5.75 miles (fell short of my goal of 6) on the elliptical.

have an awesome time on your run tomorrow. I honestly wish running was something I could do. You'll have to let us know your time and if you're "glowing" afterwards.

LOL...you know Keith is going to tell you to stand at the machines and do your squats while you gamble!  Ha ha...just picturing that!

Brisk one hour walk. Walked a local trail this morning and then had hibiscus tea after.  Managed to pass up the rolls at Panera bread that several walking buddies were enjoying.
