I hope it stays "clickable", but I believe this is true for me.  I tend to be more "carb sensitive", as they say.

A couple of years ago I had genetic testing done.  They had 6 different combinations of genomes identified:

1) Sensitive to fat intake, responsive to moderate exercise

2) Sensitive to fat intake, responsive to high intensity exercise

3) Sensitive to carb intake, responsive to moderate exercise

4)Sensitive to carb intake, responsive to high intensity exercise

5)Balanced eater, responsive to moderate exercise

6)Balanced eater, responsive to high intensity exercise.

Now I'm not sure if it's voodoo science or not, but it's interesting.....I saw a British investigative journalist on PBS who was confirming the exercise side of it....unfortunately I am both carb sensitive and only responsive to high intensity exercise.  So I stay away from carbs as much as possible.  And trying to work up to high intensity exercise.

Yikes.  I wonder how many of use obese people would have the same or more combinations like yours.
