Hope everyone had a great weekend and has a great week planned! Stay safe, cool and hydrated. 

This weekend I signed up for The Color Vibe 5k here in Mass. in September.  Can't wait!!  It's the day after my b-day.

B1.... Protein iced latte

B2.... Chicken / veg

L.... Chicken / veg

S.... Chicken / veg

D.... Fish / veg

S... Protein shake

W & V - Good, except the Multi wanted nothing to do with me this morning.  Had my first "urp" moment since surgery.

X... Going to try after work... It's a rainy mess here today!

** Did a 2 mile / 30 min walk at lunch ** angry

S: cheese stick

D: Ricotta Bake

Protein shake for breakfast. Protein bar for lunch. Tonight is a grilled filet mignon after a visit to the pool.

Woohoo! I'm excited for September :)

B: shake

L: extra lean pork (not porn this time haha) tenderloin and roasted asparagus

D: going out to eat with some family I haven't seen since surgery. I'm not worried about the dinner, more just what outfit I should wear haha. Oh, and I'll probably have the bluefish NOM!

Hi everyone, KC got a break from the heat this weekend. Much needed for sure!

B: 1 Egg from farmer's market
S1: isopure plus zero carb grape (the 8 oz. bottles - had 2)
L: healthwise orange ade, chicken breast grilled
S2: lemon meringue protein bar
D: unsure - possibly the sirloin tip roast i made the other day

W: 20 oz so far...
V: After dinner due to synthroid
E: Tonight is piloXing!

Only a two day work week for me!  Yippee!! Then it's fun in the sun (let's hope) in Jersey...woot! 

B: half a multigrain fiber one muffin with PB

L: homemade wheat flour pizza, one small slice and didn't eat the crust.  Paired with grilled eggplant and zucchini

S: organic popcorn

D: skinnytaste's spinach chicken parm with some sauteed broccoli rabe on the side

S: SF ice pops

Fluid: ok

X: kickboxing tonight!

L: insides of a chicken salad sandwich from Starbucks (I forgot my lunch!)

S2: 1/2 Premier Protein shake

D: unsure right now

 

W: Not so good yet, but will focus on it when the 30 minutes is up since I finished my egg 10 minutes ago. Probably at 10 ounces

V: B Complex - done. VitD - Done. Multi - tonight. Hair/Skin/Nails - tonight (made me throw up last night). Iron - tonight.

X: None yet, but will walk tonight when Im home
