This weekend I signed up for The Color Vibe 5k here in Mass. in September. Can't wait!! It's the day after my b-day. ![]()

W & V - Good, except the Multi wanted nothing to do with me this morning. Had my first "urp" moment since surgery.

D: going out to eat with some family I haven't seen since surgery. I'm not worried about the dinner, more just what outfit I should wear haha. Oh, and I'll probably have the bluefish NOM!

L: homemade wheat flour pizza, one small slice and didn't eat the crust. Paired with grilled eggplant and zucchini

W: Not so good yet, but will focus on it when the 30 minutes is up since I finished my egg 10 minutes ago. Probably at 10 ounces
V: B Complex - done. VitD - Done. Multi - tonight. Hair/Skin/Nails - tonight (made me throw up last night). Iron - tonight.
