Going for a 3 mile walk when the sun goes down. Tomorrow starts the fat shred.

130 squats

2 sets each of:

      35 sit ups, 15 push ups, 50 second plank, 55 seconds burpies, 45 second wall sit

 

      And then a leisurely 3 mile run (I always say "leisurely" and then a mile in lose my patience and run like hell...I really need to work on that :) )

I thought of you when I was buying my Kettlebell!!!

Today's plan: 2.5 miles on elliptical with a one level increase on intensity ( for the mid portion of my workout)

7 sets of 10 squats with my new 7lb Kettlebell

Various stretches for warm up and cool down.

Love it! I love kettle bells. Lots of great YouTube videos on kettle bell workouts. Try adding some kettlebell swings, they work a lot of the same muscles as squats and you get some aerobic value from it too.

I'm actually not sure today!  This could be a rest day for me (haven't had one since last Sunday), but I might do something later on. 

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.
