I thought of you when I was buying my Kettlebell!!!
Today's plan: 2.5 miles on elliptical with a one level increase on intensity ( for the mid portion of my workout)
7 sets of 10 squats with my new 7lb Kettlebell
Various stretches for warm up and cool down.
