I hour Aqua Aerobics class using Hydrotone Training bells. Very cool tool for getting resistance in the water. Much better than the foam dumbbells. The faster you move, the more resistance. I get as sore from them as I do from my weight training.

Yesterday I did a 2 hour bike ride in Fort Worth on a road bike over a lot of rough limestone paths. Pretty challenging. Oh and it was 100 degrees. Dropped a pound this morning. Now at my original goal weight.

Exercise is the key to getting those last pounds off and keeping them off.

Worked chest and arms, just did my first spin class, pretty sure walking will be rough tomorrow!  I could not do everything, but I did make it through the entire class, I am BEAT! :)  May walk tonight but busy evening so we will see.

I knew I was in trouble when I asked the instructor if my bike was set up correctly since it was my first class and she looked me and said, yes and this is an intense class...  I told her I would just do my best and then my dang pedal malfunctioned...moved bikes and made it through, but I was NOT keeping up with the up and down stuff, and then there were 2 people in there that did not even have a seat on their bike (on purpose), yes they were really good!  I did not leave and kept going the entire class!  I thought I might puke a couple of times, but I made it!  I consider myself somewhat in shape too!

Holy crud...talk about intimidating....yay you for sticking it out!  Everyone I know who spins is SUPER intense about it...I think that's why I'm afraid to even try it.
