Tonight is the first day of water aerobics.  All my friends bailed on me!  This is the first time I've been in a bathing suit in front of people since my son was a baby!  The hardest part is going to be getting from the locker room into the pool!

Yesterday, 3 mile walk / run.

Tomorrow...not sure yet!  Just getting into this workout thing!

You can do it! I have found people are very non-judgmental when it comes to water classes.

I have worked up to walking 60 minutes every day until today. Achilles tendonitis is killing me. I went to gym and did Elliptical 30 minutes and then walked in mall for 60 minutes. Now Achilles is killing me again. Dang! I love walking.
