If it stops raining I'll get in my 25 minute walk at lunch (ugh!...rain!)

Probably doing my regular zumba class tonight at the gym.

Even though I am walking funny from my first spin class yesterday, I think I am going to try and go back to my awesome Zumba studio tonight! I pulled out my shimmy and it used to barely fit around me, now it fits with lots of room to spare!  I have already done some pushups today.

Barely made  45 mins. of cardio yesterday.  I had no energy.  Not sure what that is all about. 

Today I am doing lower body with PT.  Then 30 mins cardio.  Hopefully I will have more energy!

2 hours of hill climbs on bike.  15 minute warmup, then 10 reps of 7-8 minute climb and 3 minute descent.  5 minute cool-down.

Powermeter says about 1200 calories expended.
