What's Your Workout Today VSGers - Tuesday!

This will be a first for me. I intended to start last week and couldn't. I used to love Tae-Bo, wondering if this will compare at all? I want some bruises so I look hardcore! Might work in my favor in my job (I work at an attorney's office). I mean, who doesn't want a tough paralegal?

I have WLS Support Group Meeting after work so I don't have time to go to the gym.
So today I am going to try something new.
Sooooo, I am going to go do my 45 min of cardio at lunch. I keep saying I am going to do it but this time I mean it!!! Only 4.4 lbs to go, so I need to make this happen!!
I find I get a better work out the old fashioned way... mow lawn. I mowed my lawn this morning in damn near 100% humidity and 90+ heat... I started with the flat parts of my yard and worked in the hills... 70 straight minutes of busting my butt!!!!
tomorrow... back to the gym!
BTW, has anyone walked/hiked parts of the Appalacian trail? I will be doing that next week and I would love to know what type of terrain I can expect in general
