Did You Squat Today?!?!?
I lost count this morning but I am in the neighborhood of 90 squats with a combination of body weight squats, SBT/TRX Squats, and Squat Presses. Did some side lunges this morning too.
Sadly my afternoon workout is also all about squats (145lbs/4 sets/10 reps each)
I will not be able to walk tomorrow, but all I have to say about that is:
I don't know what they are called, but I'm doing squats while holding 25 lb dumbbells on my shoulders.
Also lots with 70 lb barbell.
Oh and yesterday I did some kind of jump-squat thingies, i sort of looked like a frog leaping the length of the studio and back.
I just zone out and do what my trainer tells me to....it's easier that way :)
