If it's Monday its kickboxing!  Also the required mile in the morning and mile in the evening for the dog.

20 minutes on the treadmill

50 squats (while in the tanning chamber)

Keeping it low key until my back can get a little better

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

40 dirty dogs

40 donkey kicks

2 sets of hammer curls with 10 lb weights

2 minute plans

 

3 mile run, 28:00 minutes
