And So The Science Experiment/Adventure Begins!!!
Hi Mimi!
Thanks for your kind words and good wishes. All of them along with the prayers are definitely helpful. I'm really looking forward to this time away before the treatments start..........but I'm looking forward to the treatments, too LOL Once those are done, surgery won't be too far behind and then, with some luck, this whole thing will be gone!!!
You've done so well...........I can't wait until they let me start losing again! But this "trial run" at maintenance has been a good experience, too. Are you having any trouble getting used to maintenance? Hope not -- but I know it can be very difficult, so good luck!
Hugs,

A little trouble getting used to maintenance. My pattern is that I seem to have a couple very hungry days followed by 1 or 2 not so hungry days. Therefore, calories are all over the place. I didn't want it to be that way. Was hoping I would settle into a reliable and predictable calorie range that would keep me in maintenance weight range. If I am evaluating my success based on maintaining weight range alone, I would say I am doing super. I have gone up and down within a 2 lb range and I think that is awesome. Keep yourself healthy as possible for now and do what the good docs say. That is your job right now. Take care Ree.
