Body Measurements - Boobs. I need advice Ladies.
Do your boobs hang low? Do they wobble to and fro.. Well you get the picture. What is the correct way to measure your bust when you are counting inches? Do I wear my bra? Do I get help from Luke and raise my arms? Make them perky through strategic use of duct tape? Thanks guys.

I haven't measure the "largest part" for my weight loss, I've only done under my boobs with my arms lifted up. The Big Saggy Circumference wasn't something my trainer went for when we first met and he did my fit test and measurements :)

Thank you for the limerick, however I am not obsessing about the size of my bust rather I am trying to get a correct measurement so that I can track inches lost all over my body. That way when I measure during a stall I won't get all freaked out because I am not losing any weight. Larger breasts are more difficult to measure and I want to make sure I am doing it correctly.

I have done many measurements, you want to measure with your bra on because, when the girls hang, you dont actually get a good measurement. You bascially want the tape to go right over the nips (the fullest part of your chest) and do your best to not let the tape sag around your back. You want it as straight as possible. I was trained to measure with arms down, so if you have someone who can measure for you, that would be more accurate. It is also good to measure right below the girls. You will want to see where those numbers go as well.
Now as for the duct tape... that could be useful in the future. LOL
