I started C25K over again since being back from vacation.  So today I did week one c25k day 3 and 30 min on the elliptical for a total of 60 min and burned 687 calories.

I have Mono and have to put my gym membership on hold, and just sleep a lot. It is really depressing!

Time to take no prisoners.  I am getting so close. 

Only 2.5 lbs to go until I qualify for surgery.

We are having a big get together tonight with family in from out of town.  I am hoping to get done early enough to bang out some cardio.  :)
