Someone suggested a couple of weeks ago mixing Mio with greek yogurt to give it low carb/sweet flavoring. This week I tried Dasani's version of Mio and their Coconut Pineapple Flavoring and it is amazing. This is totally like a dessert.

If you like that you should try it with the raspberry and strawberry flavors too. I like lemon to but it gets a little tart!! It's a great way to shake things up so you don't get board.

It really depends on your taste, trial and error. I like 1 pump or about 1.5 Tbl.
