Running out the door to Orange Theory right now.

Not sure about workout #2 just yet my lower back isn't quite right and now I have a knot in my shoulder blade that makes it hard to think straight. Maybe workout #2 will be a massage later today.

Cleaning my house! I have company coming this weekend so I got up today at 7:30 and have been cleaning for almost 3 hours. Tonight I will go for a walk also. Just found out that the RunKeeper app now can be integrated with My Fitness Pal so looking forward to using that!

One hour on the eliptic trainer on 10/10. Tomorrow is a travel day, but Saturday morning riding 32 mile bike ride with hills.

Even though I won't be home until 7.. I need to get a workout in since I did not yesterday.  Someone kick my ass to make sure I do it.  I will do 40 mins of cardio intervals.  3 min speed walk, 1 min jog, 1 min walk.

Do it!  You'll feel better tomorrow if you work out today :)  I say that bc I've been tired and my workouts have sucked all week, but I at least feel better the next day that I didn't slack off.  Haha
