What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Thursday!
I workout six days a week. Sometimes it's just 5 depending on my schedule (btn work, hubby, baby, the daily maintenance of being human some times that sixth day has to go). I don't think it's unrealistic, but you have to decide what you can maintain and what works for you. Just my TC.
I'm waiting patiently for you to report back to me on how your workout went. :)
15 minute arc trainer warm up (interval level 3)
3 sets of 20 squats (15 lb dumb bells) alternating with 20 weighted step ups on the weight bench
3 sets of 12 seated low row, alternating with 12 assisted tricep dips.
2 run through a of 50 sit ups, 20 crunches, 1:05 plank
and then a leisurely 2 mile run...mainly to break up the lactic acid from the 14.5 miles I have run over the last 3 days :)
then I sat my ass at the pool for 3 hours! Ha!
