2 days Post OP OMG!!

This has been harder than I expected. Im ready to see some results!!

You're only 2 days out...be gentle with yourself.  This takes time. :)  The weight will come off and you will feel better as each day passes.  Trust me.

You are also full of IV fluid right now. Concentrate on healing right now.

2 days post op was actually the worst day for me...it has only gotten better and better after that so hang in there! :)

I am out two days also. Today though has been a major lift. Gas and bloat is going away. Still tender but so grateful to be able to focus more. The anesthesia is going away and i am feeling much better. Walking, sipping. I even got out of the house with hubby.

It will get better , remember one day at a time. We spent our lives doing the things that brought us here. Now time to refocus on better.
