Kettlebells, and I threw in 25 burpees at the end just cuz there were two minutes left.  I'm an ANIMAL.  Hahahaha.  Happy Friday!

Going for a run the second I get home from work.  Never in a million years did I think I'd ever be the girl looking forward to an evening run!

I am SORE from the change up in my lifting regime this week so I took it easy today.

20 minute arc trainer warm up
3 miles on treadmill
Deep stretching and massage with foam roller.

I think it's time for me to replace my running shoes, my calves have been unusually sore this week

I'm in the home stretch.  I'm close enough that the DR ok'd me for surgery in Sept.  I got my date, 9/12!.  Now I just need to pound off those few last lbs!

Upper body with some cardio tacked on to the end.

BTW......I hurt ( in a good sort of way) from all the squats yesterday!

SO proud of myself today...did the farthest walk on the track that I've done to date (even jogged for part of it!) and my time was AWESOME!  Just need to finish the day off with some squats! Loving my sleeve for making it possible for me to get active!

Just got my 2.5 miles on my elliptical done with 100 kettlebell squats. great sweat...great tunes...great work out.
