I chose to stop washing my hair so often and just used dry shampoo.  I would only properly wa**** 1-2 times a week.  I have long hair and definitely wore it up a lot more often as you can get away with washing it less when you wear it up.  I didn't change my shampoo/conditioner as there wasn't really an issue with my remaining hair, just the stuff falling out!!

Nowadays I have to use more hairspray to stick down the pesky 2 inch long regrowth I have going on all over my head!!...lol

I tried keranique it's ok not great gives you a little more body its expensive. I have thin hair on top so I use keratin hair fibers just shake on the thin spots and go. I was a little thin before surgery worse after. It's a true downside.
