Planks, leg raises (V-ups, actually), and front squats.....
But you know, just today I was finishing my workout with close grip bench press, and I don't know why but my lower abs burned like fire when I was doing them!! I had my feet closer together than usual due to fighting for space with someone (usually I'm spread eagle, lol) so maybe that has something to do with it. I'm going to do a little experimenting on Friday to find out.

Reverse Crunch or Russian Twist... I also do an ab thing with a workout partner or trainer where I lay on my back and someone stands over me. I hang on to their ankles and raise my legs. They push my legs/feet down hard and I let them fall but do not let them touch the ground; then I raise them back up and do it again. I know it sounds kinda strange but it's intense... LOL
