times you eat

I still follow my surgeon's plan for four meals a day, at 8am, 11am, 2pm and 5-6pm, with my fluids and vitamins/supplements before, between and after.  I do not eat past 8pm no matter what.

I tried to have a "stop" time at about 7-7:30, but since I've been staying up late, usually midnight, I found myself starving by 9-9:30 so my nut and I decided that I needed to have some protein a bit before 9 so that I don't feel so hungry.  I sometimes like to save some protein til then and have a Premier Protein chocolate drink (30g protein) then and it fills me up and is a great bedtime snack.

I have my last snack between 8:30 and 9:00. I'm trying now to maintain my weight.
