I will do my FNS workout @ 5:30pm - Cardio/Weights circuit
@ 10PM - my weights routine - gotta add that muscle- tonight is chest and back
Barbell Bent over row - 7 sets 8X10 times
Incline Bench press - 7sets 8X10 times
Mini Circuit - 5 rounds
DB Lunge to bent over row 10 times
Stability Ball Single Arm chest press - 10 times each arm
Dynamic wrap up - fast as I can! 4 rounds
TRX Row X 10
TRX pushup to knee tuck X 10
Single Arm TRX Row X 10 each arm
250 Meter Row
Final wrap up
3 mile - sub 30 min run!
100 LBS gone in 3 Months! - 150 LBS gone in just over 5 Months!
200 LBS gone in just under 9 Months!
