Feel Like Hell
Well we went on a mini vacation over this past weekend on a culinary expedition through Philadelphia. As you can imagine the plan went out the window the minute we were wheels up. So for the past couple of days while I have been keeping my amounts t a minimum, the what if what I have been eating fell under no scrutiny whatsoever. Suffice it to say that I may have some CheeseWhiz coursing through my veins at the moment. Anyway 4 days of eating even small amounts if crap has left me feeling like hell. I honestly do not know how I used to eat like this all the time and 50 times more of it.
On the upside I walked and worked out enough to burn it all so not worried about weight can, just did not enjoy my trip back to the dark side as much as I thought I would.
I live near Philadelphia, so I can imagine what was under the Cheese Whiz. Pat's or Geno"s?
You feel like hell because you raised a bit of it.
Welcome back.
Holy Toledo. I know Guy means well with Triple-D, but man .... I do get the adventure aspect of it, though.
You can help me out with something if you wouldn't mind. I am supposed to meet some friends on Friday at this restaurant:

Could you please take a moment to review that menu and tell me what you think would be a workable choice for sleevers? You're a foodie, and you would be able to decipher a lot of the descriptions better than I can. I am leaning toward the salmon and a leftovers container, but don't want anything spicy. THANKS!!
The Goat Cheese Salad dressing on the side is good.
The house salad is good again dressing on the side.
The Filet or NY Strip ate both good choices.
The Portabello Neapolitan sounds pretty good too, although not much protein, but lots of nutrition.
The chicken with veggies instead of rice or a side salad might be good too.
One weekend of fun foods didn't make you fat.... just like one salad didn't make you loose all the weight! Stay positive and its never as good as we remember! LOL

I raised some food hell this weekend as well. I think I just indulged a bit too much...yesterday I had such bad stomach issues and I NEVER want to have them again. I'm sure I will but UGH...and it was from a meatball! Normally I'm okay with meatballs but I guess it was just a bit too much with all the other junk I imbibed in.
Every day is a lesson...
band to sleeve revision and loving life!
You do you, and I'll do me
