Today I did my 45 min elliptical at Mod-High level...then added in 10 min of my son*****hing bag ( which was really fun!) I did my 110 squats..but instead of kettle bell, I used a 5lb weight in each hand and did different arm curls etc.
I did try the zig zag challenge yesterday...but my knees couldn't do the impact of a sprinting run. I was bummed.
My hubby is now checking the TV in out workout area to attach a DVD player...I'm hungry for a new routine and I used to LOVE step aerobics. If my knees can do it...I am!!
