Chest and Shoulders This morning and I am adding two new exercises to my routine. 

Workout # 2 will be running 3.1 miles tonight after the sun goes down. Have a 5k in a pole of weeks and I want my time under 30.

Kickboxing.  I'm in a mood and feel like stuffing my face with donuts, so I hope it helps :)  I think I have a case of the Mondays.  LOL

That's not good! Check out Jamie Easons Cinnamon Swirl Bread Recipe. Low carb, tastes pretty good and 55 cals per piece. Helps with donut day.

30 minutes on level 3 on the cross ramp

15 minutes weights on arms

Probably a nice walk in the evening

Feels good to be back at the gym after a full week of being a slacker.

JNL fusion circuit training probably 45 mins tonight. Maybe another 10 min ab DVD as well. Depends how's back feels.
