Chest and Shoulders This morning and I am adding two new exercises to my routine.
Workout # 2 will be running 3.1 miles tonight after the sun goes down. Have a 5k in a pole of weeks and I want my time under 30.
Kickboxing. I'm in a mood and feel like stuffing my face with donuts, so I hope it helps :) I think I have a case of the Mondays. LOL

Feels good to be back at the gym after a full week of being a slacker.
