You're not eating protein first, drinking enough water or taking your vitamins...your words.  If that's not off track, I don't know what is.  You can use words like refining if you want to.  It still doesn't change the fact you're not following the rules.  Get back on track, Keith.  You know what to do.

Thanks to all the above posters, I really needed to hear it all.  I am almost at 20 lbs above goal and up till 2 weeks ago was super strict.  I have let a few indulgences in recently, not man  but indulgences nevertheless.  I need to ask myself, do I or don't i want to succeed. Twice I have had wine, today I ate a protein bar.  Now I know some would say that the protein bar was ok, but I know for me it was not. 

Keith asked for the kick in the butt, but I got one.

Hi Keith!

Hey man...you KNOW I love ya. You were there for me last week when I needed you. And we all approach things differently although we all want to reach the same endgame.

For ME ( ME)...I'm either ON track or OFF. OR I THINK I'm on...but when pointed out to me by SOMEONE ELSE...I REALIZE I was off.

I'm not gonna label you...just get to where you need to to be. Stop talking about it now...and just do it. Fill the water bottles dude...and suck it down...ALL OF IT. And then...keep moving...keep going.
