That looks delicious! Thank you for sharing!....well I'll thank you more when I am able to eat all that. :-D Right now it would be a slice of the pork and a bite of the egg, but I bet it would be a very tasty bite!

looks super yummy Frisco! But isn't that a little bit of fat I see there glistening on the pork chop strips? tisk tisk tisk!!! (LOL!)

lovely alternative to bacon! some red in there would have been great too - not the ketchup but a tomato wedge or something like that.

Your right......trim the fat.......

That said, In WL I would have trimmed it..... in maintenance I can eat it as I am more carb conscious than fat conscious. I try and keep my quantity small which allows me to eat a bit more calorie dense foods.

That was an actual throw together meal with leftovers and I was testing a microwave egg cooker.(not good)

And the red......your right..... it did look good with red zig zag ketchup lines !
