What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Tushy Tuesday!
I killed it yesterday with over 1400 calories burned. I don't think I will hit that today, but here is what I am planning.
Workout #1 - Legs/Back/Biceps. Squats, Leg Extensions, Lat Pulldowns, Calf Raises, Seated Row, Barbell Curl, Dumbbell curl, and going to add a close grip standing Pulldowns, this is do develop the muscles to do pull-ups.
Workout #2 - after the sun goes down HIIT Run 20-30 mins. Yesterday I had my heart rate in the 80-90% range ("in the orange") for over 30 mins. My goal is 15-20 mins tonight.

I've got kettlebells this evening, and I'm going to turn around tomorrow morning and do another kettlebells workout since I'm leaving for vacation on Thursday. When I come back next Tuesday, I will be doing a kettlebells class that evening. I don't want five day vacation to derail me like I've let happen in the past, so this is my plan and I'm sticking to it (hopefully) :)

Not sure what I am doing today. I have my Support Group Meeting tonight. It's at the surgeons office so I want to weigh in on their scale to verify I made my qualifying number on THEIR scale! I packed my gym bag so if I am feeling good after, I'll crank out 45 mins of cardio.
You're an animal Keith! Awesome job. Today is kind of rough, but hope to get in 45 - 60 on my stationary bike. Been backing off a little this past week due to a ton of smoke from some wild land fires nearby. Missing my rides and runs, but still been getting some in. Need to fit today in with support group meeting tonight. Keep up the good work and inspiration.
