I would have paid it  - in a heartbeat.  I had little information about all the things you listed pre-op (other than some written materials) and was hungry to learn more and more and more.   And all the conflicting information on the internet was confusing and seemed to be geared more toward RNY.

No, I wouldn't of paid it back then.  However, looking back I do see a need and desire for it.  And, if I knew what I know now I would of looked at it in a way of my co-pay being $30. per visit so why wouldn't I pay $25.
