B: 2 eggs over easy and chicken sausage link- big breakfast for me. I was hunggry!
L: grilled chicken breast with chili lime rub
S: greek yogurt and 1/2 apple
D: chicken salad or shrimp with veg
Water 7/12 are in. vits are in. Walked brisk pace almost jog for 30 min on lunch break.
Breakfast: chicken with pesto sauce and cheese
Snack: Pan fried Cabbage -(this was emotional eating -stress at work.)
Lunch Hamburger and Cabbage casserole
Dinner Chicken Lazone and mashed cauliflower
Snack - chicken broth with protein powder

1: 3 turkey sausage links, 9 Tbsp egg whites fried in scant cooking spray
2: Chike Iced Coffee protein in 10 oz unsweetened plain almond milk -- NOW I get what all the hype was about ... yum!!
3: 9 Tbsp egg whites fried in scant cooking spray, 5 turkey pepperoni slices, .25 c blueberries
4: 3.5 oz chicken breast, 1 LC French Onion RF cheese wedge, .25 c chopped spinach
Before, between and after the above: lots of plain hot black tea.
Vitamins, fluids on track.
Exercise: 40 minutes on the bike
S. 1/2 piece ww toast w/ cottage cheese-Greek yogurt spread
L. Ham/cheese roll up w/ carrott and celery sticks and Greek yogurt dip
S. dry roasted edamame (yum! - a new favorite crunchie!)
D. Left over zucchini shrimp stir fry
Exercise- cardio 45 min- 3 miles
Water- on schedule
Vits good to go.
