B - Paleo Porridge - don't try this at home folks. 1/2 the recipe I made was over 500 cals and 66g of carbs!

L - Thai Nam Sod Salad and Egg Drop Soup 

S - Protein Bar (pre-workout)

D - Not sure yet

S - Greek Yogurt with Fiber One Cereal

W - On Track

V - Yep

E - Orange Theory this morning (still a bit damp from it), Chest and Shoulders in about an hour although I pulled something in my upper back, we'll see how it goes

LOL exactly. I made this first batch with ground turkey...I'm thinking I may use some leftover rotisserie chicken for another batch this weekend!

I can't wait to make crack slaw this weekend.

B: mint mocha protein shake

S: quest bar

L: boiled shrimp and mixed veg salad, 1/2 apple

S: dry roasted salted almonds

D: chicken sausage and green beans

Water 5/12 are in, vits are in, jazzercise tonight

Had an awesome follow up visit with surgeon this morning. All lab values normal. weight 121.5 on their scale. 100% EWL!

I'm going to check out that recipe for crack slaw.  Sounds good

Breakfast:  chicken with pesto sauce and jack cheese

Lunch:  ground beef and cabbage casserole

Dinner:  scallops and mashed cauliflower

Snack:  chicken broth with protein powder

vitamins - done

water - 3 out of 6

exercise - recumbent bike

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!
