Protein crepes anyone?

I was just searching for some meal ideas for when I get to the "normal food" stage and this is one that looks so yummy

Whey Protein crepes

1/2 cup egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 Tbs whole or ground flax seeds
1-2 Tbs of almond milk (in case too sticky to spread)
Stevia to taste

Mix all ingredients except almond milk and cook like an omelet but very thin....add milk if you find it too pasty.
This recipe makes 5 crepes and nutritional value is for one.
60 cal
1.3 g total fat
0.2 g carbs
0.1 g sugar
10.2 g protein

Off course you can add some fruit to the middle or I really like the Greek yogurt with sf Carmel so I would do that, which would be added protein with few added calories

I will have to try this - I make the ones with cream cheese, eggs, and optional protein powder all the time.
