stalls
Sorry I know I have posted on this before but I am so frustrated. I am almost 3 months out and all I do is stall. It seems like I stall for at least 15 days. I will lose one day then stall 15 or more days.
My calories are below 600, water 80 or more oz, protein 80+ , carbs 20 or lower. I walk 60 minutes+ at least 5 days a week plus toning.
What else can I do please help I am getting so disappointed and beginijg to regret my weight loss surgery decision.
