Tonight I have my workout with the PT.  Since it is Ab day, we focus on my core with some legs added in.

Then 45 mins of cardio.

What is your plank up to?

Consider shortening you cardio to 20 mins and introduce intervals, you will burn more calories and more fat.

Yes you said you were working on your core. A common core exercise are planks. I was curious how long you could plank, but I am guessing you do not plank...yet!

I have planked in the past but not during this recent push.  This is an exercise I SHOULD be doing.   My core is pretty weak.  It's not one of my favorite areas to work so I tend to skip it along with my shoulders. I have tasked my PT to push me hard in those areas!
