Exercise Challenge - Abs

I don't have a specific ab day and I think I need to start incorporating one. Right now I throw in some ab exercises with my other workout days and I get some ab work in at Orange Theory, but my challenge to you today is to do one set (8 to 10 reps) of each of these exercises! I am going to do it tonight at Workout #3!

Thnx for all your tips, they help to keep me motivated. I just did the HIIT workout you posted the other day, it was hard but I loved it! :-) it's nice to try different workouts & mix it up.
