NSV
Well at 11 months post-op the NSVs are few and far between. Today was my own personal NSV because it wasn't anything anyone said or some surprising thing that happened to me.
Today while running inclines on the treadmill in noticed that my sweat soaked shirt was clinging to my chest and my chest was firm, and solid, and well defined. I have a muscular chest and not just a little one either. One that looks like I bench press twice a week and do other exercise too. Then I noticed that my upper abdominal are was not moving a whole lot either and that it is now firm.
Congrats! I love to hear about everyone's NSV stories as much as I like hitting my own.
But all your sweaty chest talk might we working the ladies up LOL
