Keith Jamie here AGAIN, can you please post the stretchs AGAIN I will copy and use daily! We copied the abs, thanks thanks I did the stretchs in am with partner perfect start to our day Blessings and thank you you are a GREAT Motivator!

Mowed the lawn.  With my push mower.  In the rain.  Pulled weeds during.  (Squats, Keith!)

Is it too pathetic that I track my personal best time for mowing my lawn?  It used to be such a horrible chore, but now it's just another thing on my to-do list and the exercise of the day.  Given my mower and my yard I find elements in it of rowing, walking, hill climbing and pushing a football sled.  :)

Helpful gardening or exercising tip:  do not wear canvas-and-leather gloves if you are going to be anywhere near water, rain included.  When I came in I realized that, in the course of wiping the sweat off of my face and forehead, I ended up with lovely fuchsia streaks on my face and neck and looked like a 2yo who had gotten into her mama's lip gloss.     Fortunately it washed off.

I love the first pic about making your workouts count.  Mine may be minimal to some but it's working for me.  Thanks for the motivation & this post.

Walking 3 miles.  I didn't do squats yesterday because I suck and completely didn't even think of it.  Tonight, fo sho!!!

I've already reached my 6000 steps for the day.  I'm pushing up my goal to 7000 a day starting tomorrow.

The same workout I have every day Pinky, trying to take over the world.  LOL Really I walk my daughter to school every morning and it is about 1 mile round trip.  That is about my limit right now.  Hopefully I will be able to increase that soon, but I am proud of the progress I have made so far.

Nothing!  My trainer killed my abs, thighs and butt yesterday.  I can hardly sit move.  He totally over did it, and I let him.  Darn it.  I am going to take a rest day and train again with him on Friday.  Tomorrow, I am going to run for about an hour.  That's it.  Trainers suck.  :)
