1 hard boiled egg
1 T. red pepper hummus (you can find this at Whole Foods, your local food co-op, possibly your local grocery store) or garlic hummus
Pinch of smoked paprika
Sprinkle of salt
Chop egg into small pieces. Mix with hummus. Season with paprika and salt. This is delicious!
Alternatively, use guacamole instead of hummus.
You can also use fresh herbs such as dill or tarragon. Dry mustard powder is also good.
